Didn't notice any picture break ups, glitches or pops to audio watching Midday bulletin so possibly fixed.

Yep, all resolved a couple of days ago by the looks of things. Someone at TVNZ turned it off and on again

Yes sorry about that, my site has been down a few weeks. I was in a shared hosting arrangement  with Jsat.tv and the owner passed away a couple of years ago. His wife recently decided the site was no longer needed so didnt renew it or the hosting arrangement.

With it being summer I was in no rush to get back to fix it all.

But in saying all that, ive just had someone send through new hosting details, ftp login etc, So it should be back up and running this week, WIth a few changes. The satellite stuff will be archived and only the streams page and playlists will be updated. The old fiiles apsattv.com/blahblah.m3u should resume working as before

Started using my Android box with Kodi it’s running nexus and Ethernet connected. Most of the NZ channels in slyguy repo work perfectly but TV1 and TV2 kept freezing. Waited a week to see if the glitch gets fixed but it’s still doing it. After about a minute of watching, the spinner starts and stops at 2 then freezes. Can’t get out or change channels and have to force close Kodi and start it up again.

Is anyone else having this issue?

That shouldn't happen. Mine works fine with IPTV Simple Client but I have mainly abandoned Kodi in favour of TiviMate.

I also had issues with the new Kodi and IPTV channels freezing. Randomly they would freeze when the cache was at 2% or 3%, or they would just stop mid stream. Couldn't work out why. I am using Android TV on a Sony TV.

Also tried upgrading to the latest test/beta version of Kodi. Same issues.

Went back to Kodi 19.5 and no issues. Disabled automatic app updates for now.

How do you like TiviMate? Does it buffer a lot and is it really in HD?

I like it a lot. Endless configuration settings, recording, no buffering that I have experienced, quality is as HD as the stream provides (usually 720p with FTA IPTV ). I have the paid version, which I think is well worth the money, but the free one is also pretty good.

New to me as have always used Kodi. Is there a guide you would suggest to try it out as would need to learn how. I checked on my Samsung TV and it’s not one of their apps so would need to load it onto the android box.

Here is a good guide I found. I hate the YouTube stuff, especially for something like this when you want to follow it step by step. The TiviMate app can be found on Google Play. It can be daunting because of all the configuration possibilities, but it isn't hard to install and set up with the defaults. If you have any questions, feel free. I am a fan.

Same I prefer a written guide and that guide is great for when it’s all loaded but I don’t know how to add the urls and where. Are they typed in like in Kodi? Also saw an IPTV app called Flix and that’s on my Samsung TV App Store.

When you install TiviMate you just add the playlists you want. Otherwise just go to Settings/Playlists/Add Playlist after installing. One of the many great things about it is you can have as many playlists as you like (unlike Kodi). I use the Huisman list for NZ and Oz Freeview, along with several by @apsattv. For example, this is the NZ/Oz playlist URL: https://i.mjh.nz/nzau/kodi-tv.m3u8. This is the EPG: https://i.mjh.nz/nzau/epg.xmlJust type them in when asked for and you are done. If you only want NZ and not both, just remove 'au' from the URL.

I know nothing about Flix as I have never felt a need to move beyond TiviMate.
