That's because its the android tv version so will be locked to android tv only; your P30 pro is a mobile and so will be able to use the mobile version.

I was clear in my post "for Android TV".

You want "Spark Sport app for Android smartphones".

Oops.

Though not compatible with my Mi Box either.  Disappointing :(

have you tried sideloading it?

I cant seem to download it from APK pure, i'd also like to sideload it for my Mi Box.

Works fine, thank you very much.  Interface is a little slow to be honest, juddery... is it like that on the dishtv box?

freitasm: Anyone installed it on a Sony A1 TV yet? Does it show in the Play Store?

Its not available for the Sony A1 in play store. 

The video is smooth, more the actual interface doesn't seem to scroll nicely, moves down in a jerky manner compared to other such as netflix, lightbox etc.

Works great on a FireTV. A little slow to get up to high res but still fine.

I came across raccoon trying to get access to this and didn't have much luck. How did you set up the device, which I'm guessing is where I came unstuck, to be able to get access to it?

Needed an existing SmartVU to do this, the Play Store entry currently seems very locked down to that device.
I used X-plore file manager to side load 'Device ID' onto the SmartVU, this gave me the GSF ID and User agent string (Device build fingerprint at the bottom) which meant in Raccoon I could mimic an existing device.
