Hi there

I'm stuck in Dinedin away from my TV and at a house with no TV.

Is there a good way to watch Black Caps game on a laptop or iPad via UnoTelly?

Does Prime have live streaming? Are there any other non subscription channels globally showing the game that people know about?

It's hard to say until the game actually starts as most of the "other streams" are pirate streams, broadcasted from peoples private STBs. I don't personally know of a legit stream apart from SkyGo.

Obtain decent VPN to Hong Kong.
Buy subscription to StarSports.com for $2.50NZD.
Watch the game in higher quality than sky can provide locally.

I've seen you make this comment a couple of times and I'm interested but I can't see a $2.50 option - only a $25 SGP subscription... What am I doing wrong ? (Already VPNed into HK)

Cheers  N

Hmm, i originally bought it through unotelly who shows as india. I've since used hong kong for streaming, since it's better performance than unotelly to india (routing to india is rubbish)

It seems via hong kong they want 1200 rupees ($25NZD) at this: https://account.starsports.com/star-package
I bought it for 120 Rupees though, via unotelly.

Unfortunately i don't have an active unotelly/trial account anymore to check if the price is still valid via india. Try going via there.

Ah thanks. Sorted. Watching now but it's only 864kbps. Seems like live is limited to that but the replays are 2.1mbps :-(

Yeah they used to offer 2.1Mbps and 1.2Mbps, but with the first semi final they dropped it to 864k so it wouldn't go out for a duck on the first over.

Still find it better than sky go at that quality level.

Well it was worth the punt at that price but it degraded massively the moment the game started. (Fine for the pre-show)

It's not even hitting 240ish kbps reliably now. I've gone back to Skygo for the moment which is so far, ok.

Cheers - N
