Netflix has always worked without issue on our TCL 55X2US, until the weekend, Jessica Jones lost sound during a program, rewind and play, a few seconds of sound then no sound again. Restarted Netflix, no joy, restarted TV, no joy.

Tried youtube 4K video, perfect picture and sound, tried Kodi, still no issue, tried media player, again, no issue. Back to Netflix, on Jessica Jones, same thing, picture but sound goes after a couple of seconds. Tried another show, now we get black screen and no sound, and on several other shows.

Netflix suggest there is a problem with the TV, but as everything else works perfectly, and it stopped partway through a program, I'm of the opinion it is netflix. I even downgraded the version, same symptoms, applied update, still same symptoms.

Anyone else having problems?
