The PM does not do things 'on a whim'. She has worked bloody hard on this. You say some very foolish things that make you sound about 15 years old. If you want to contribute, start by taking out the pointless political jibes and deal with the issues.

I am calling for leadership, direction, a plan. Is that wrong? Or are you just being overly protective?

Are you saying no one else has made sacrifices? Or even larger ones than PM's time which she is paid for?

You can't hack that someone doesn't support the current strategy and how it is communicated. That's your right. I also have a right to my own opinion.

That is literally what you are going to get today, by the sounds of it.

The discussion around the effectiveness can be here, but the discussions around whether it's admitting some sort of failure in a political context belongs in the Covid thread in the politics sub forum.

There's a thread in the politics forum created for the specific purpose that if people wanted to argue politics - as opposed to comment about "the policy", then it might have avoided this.

As far as implementing policy in terms of achieving vaccination targets, compliance with lockdown rules etc - already like herding cats - anti-government cynical misinformed political shillery is about the last thing the country needs. If the virus was alive and sentient, it'd be sending thankyou notes to the morons.
