Try searching for Covid-19 in your settings search then.
It's it's own google addins management area. (not 'google' helper settings)
Or your device may not support it? (force update play services perhaps)

settings-google-Exposure notifications, Menu hamburger - exposure checks
And on pg78. You can find the rules used.
Looks like strength/time. So although it may be polling at say 1500-2700ms. Many of these could be dropped depending on the criteria. I have a feeling somewhere it was a ~2mins timeframe criteria rather than every fleeting phone. But the guys here may be able to elaborate if they're permitted

Nope don't see it. No reference to Google Exposure Notifications and no hamburger menu. All I have under Settings (Settings and Support) is "Notification preferences". Running V6.0.0
Works for me (Android 9), except all I see when I get there is
"This shows when your public health authority asked your phone for data in the past 14 days and doesn't necessarily indicate and exposure. 17 August, 6:02 PM"
==
Oh, just tapped on the time and it brought up info as Oblivian mentioned: ie.
Timestamp - 17 August, 6:02 P
Number of keys - 1
Number of matches - 0
etc
Have no idea what "Number of keys" relates to. Surely not the number of handshakes. That must be happening many times a day with my wife's phone? Plus at least some other people I encountered over the last 14 days would presumably have had the BT option switched on?
Edit: Oh, should have refreshed the page. I see you already found it.
But, still puzzled by "Number of keys - 1".
Yeah, not terribly clear. So clarification sought :P
Appears the normal framework does a MAC change for privacy/stop tracer sniff at specified time (10-15mins). Whereas normally it would be uploaded to a centralised place, the NZ model appears to hold it. And MoH will send us a key to match to. And our phone will check and go 'YEP!' or remain silent.
Poss what we are seeing there. However mine is a later date for some reason. Always 3 on in the house with BT enable. So presumably the 'true' interactions info aren't as readily available.
So it may be they have only sent out a couple of BT checks to everyone.
Mine shows only one check in the past 14 days, being:-
Very odd that the checks only happen once fortnightly. Would have thought it would be daily. Also interesting to note the number of keys--are they actually using this at all?

I was looking for the local data, had a feeling keys exchanged stats were available
But only come across MoH request poll times

It may also be, the persons involved decided not to allow them to send notifications (it would appear reading the docs it needs explicit agreement from person)
If a match is generated on your device then the end user is the only one who will see it - if they chose to ignore it an analytics report is sent back to MoH but with the privacy model it means their contact tracers have zero idea who you are and have no way of contacting you.

There appears to be a lot of uncertainty around this right now. Looking at this it appears no exposure key checks have been performed since last Tuesday evening, and I know a few people who have asked the MoH for comment on this.

PIRs been updated before they can even FIND a match on ones device. Which is why I suggest there may be limited keys going out to check if everyone says bugger off.
If a Consumer has tested positive and told a Contact Tracer that they have been using
the Bluetooth Tracing feature to record contacts the Consumer will be asked if they
agree to upload their keys so Contact Alert Notifications can be sent.
The uploaded information is then filtered to discard any keys that expired prior to the
onset of infectiousness (as determined by the Contact Tracer in discussion with the
Consumer). Any remaining keys are then merged into a single list of all keys from all
other people who shared their keys in the last 14 days.
16. This list is published for download over the internet by all participating devices. Each
device checks for new versions of this file approximately every 2 hours.

Wow. I hadn't actually considered that aspect.
If wonder what process contact tracers are actually going through? If somebody gets a Bluetooth alert and does contact the MoH or get tested but doesn't actually go through the important step of uploading their key then the whole Bluetooth system systematically falls apart.

The privacy model of the app is fundamentally the downfall of it.
It also appears from posts I saw yesterday that the app is not the magic bullet everybody assumed it is due to the logic they're using for matches - QR scan into a location even 2 mins before the exposure window time on the LOI register and be there throughout the exposure period and you won't get a notification.

It's good this is being followed up on, hopefully doesn't disappear into the ether. If infected people consent to go into quarantine they would surely consent to upload their keys. At least some of them would...
I wonder if it's because they're concerned about the volume of people getting pinged by bluetooth alerts would overwhelm testing capacity - that's pure speculation on my part. It would be nice if communication on this could be clearer.

You can find the same on iPhones under Settings>Exposure Notifications> Exposure Logging Status > Exposure Checks
Mine also shows the 17th August around 9pm.. I'm in Christchurch...
But yeah.. concerning
Still no use of bluetooth tracing since the 17th!
Time for another Lockdown 2.0 Scan data update
Looks like Sunday was gardening day. And there's been a steady increase on out and abouters/active devices
