Hey, I live in Dunedin, so have quite a few hills to deal with, but I get around 90-100KM from a charge, so far, that includes hills getting in to town, and 20KM or so of motorway driving.
Works well for me, and I was in the same situation, it was what I could afford.
I could've had more SOH, but I wouldn't have had the 10 airbags, and it would've been a 2011-2013 model, where as I wanted the later revision with more boot space etc.
Dunedin as well (technically Mosgiel), so Saddle Hill and Lookout Point to deal with on the daily commute.
Also early morning cold starts in winter could be a factor - car would live in the driveway and I honestly don't know how I would charge the car at the current point in time (I am thinking outside extension cable from a power plug inside the garage until such a time I could get a proper thing attached to the outside wall)
Are you sure you're not me? haha.
Also Mosgiel as well, by the time I get to town, I'm around 80% charge.
I can do mosgiel to Dunedin and back, including driving around town, twice on one charge. which I was pretty happy with!
Mine also lives in the drive way, an extension cord with a IP55 box over the connector is my current situation.
Need to move some cars/trailers around and then I'll be able to park up against the wall of the house and not need the extension.
