I have a quote for the OEM all weather mats and boot protector, but haven't gone through with the order yet. The carpet ones are working oK for now until the weather starts turning and there is more wet weather.

Have done a few long trips in the car between AKL and Cambridge. The EV6 sits solid on the road with little road noise. The acceleration is awesome and a great asset when required.

I have order a ODBLink CX dongle and looking at using carScanner app to dive into the car stats!

GT-Line

That's what I found on my test drive

But the base trim LR Rwd is a different car. Didn't like it at all.

That is interesting. Just curious: What is the differences between the LR RWD and GT-line that make them "different cars"?

Power: 168kW Vs. 239kW

Torque: 350Nm Vs. 605Nm

RWD Vs. AWD

0-100: 7.3sec Vs. 5.2sec

2,149kg Vs. 2,254kg

And then some bells and whistles.

spent 2 hours in each

One is noisy

One seats are hard

One sound system rubbish

One has no buttons

One steering doesn't turn the car in corners (I think it's the tyres and wheels)

One doesn't move when you press the pedal

One slides around when it's slippy

One mustn't regen when it's slippy or it will lock up the rear wheels and send car into a slide

One seats doesn't recline into a beach chair while driving

One lights are terrible

One got no heated seats

One got no heated steering wheel, today it snowed in Dunedin

One got no aircon to cool the butt cheeks

Apart from that they look the same

Noticed the smallest of door knicks the other day. I had parked across the road at Kia Newmarket to pick up my all weather mats, and someone must have been in a rush to pick up their liquor from LiquorLand! No biggie, but at 4 weeks old I still hold onto the pride and joy.

Called upon Shane at DentDevil to sort it out yesterday. He came round a couple of hours later to perform the magic.

The dent has completely gone!

Looking at PPF and Ceramic coating now from the team over at https://www.ocdetailing.co.nz - small negotiation of the $2k price point with Mrs CFO.

Yes 3 weeks.

When I placed my order the cars were on the boat about to arrive in Auckland - I wanted blue and the dealer said there were 2 blue ones on the boat. I didn't ask about other colours. Nor do I know how many eV6s were on that particular boat.
