Go on... sell the house, put it all on black and if it comes up trumps, buy this.

Now that's nice.
Zero to speed camera fine in 3 seconds.
Zero to license loss and automatic confiscation of 1/2 million $ worth of car - under 9 seconds.
(If they can catch you).

Or you drive it round race tracks?

Going back to the Z BMW'S, I'd love an MZ3 Coupe, but given they're rare and cost double what an S2000 costs it won't be any time soon for me. Well until I buy a bloody house anyway!

sleemanj: Given you've rejected the MX5, I'll take that as you care more about looks than handling.  In that case, I'd say a Z3, it looks more manly (James Bond drove one, you can't get much manlier) -

manly ???

007 drove a puny z3 1.9 that wouldn't pull the skin off a day old custard.

nothing wrong with a boxster that a bucket of $$$ won't fix !

money-mouth

I have built a suitably manly convertible using my hacksaw.
380 HP VVT hemi, 5 gear auto + O/D. It's still a bit girly (that's why wife's driving it), but I'll install a beer crate seat and a transmission hump shotgun mount to fix that...
Available in mineral gray metallic, or patriot blue pearl. Stone white coming this week.
$4k US ex our yard, 6" lift & 38" tires (ultimate manliness) extra cost..
