Well my credit card has been charged for the 2 that I ordered (flatmate and I)

Interesting. Two charges on my card from "JB HIFI Auckland 554". One for 53.00 & another for 1.00.

what are the T&Cs and legals on this, can they simply cancel and say pricing error - they can't do that in a retail store right ?

It is showing it is 'On Sale' so I can't really see how it can be a genuine error, and retaielrs are having Queens birthday sales at the moment after all. You do occasionally see good deals like this to clear old stock, and they aren't errors. I picked up a logitech iphone gamepad and charger for $3 on sale, which was basically 95% off the RRP.
