Just received this email, so all is not lost:

Last night during our Cyber Monday online sale, we experienced technical problems with our website as a result of a malicious attack on our servers. If you visited our site during the sale, you may not have been able to browse the site properly, or place an order. We realise that this has caused inconvenience and frustration, and we sincerely apologise.

In preparation for this event, we significantly increased our server resources - The total capacity was 20 times more than last year - but even this wasn't enough to prevent the issues we experienced. We're taking this to heart, and promise to be better prepared next year - But more importantly, here's what we are going to do to put things right with you, our loyal customers:

The Cyber Monday sale will be extended for the rest of Monday 16th November, and the whole of Tuesday 17th November, until 11:59PM.

Sale pricing will be available both online and in-store.

During this extended sale period, you can browse our Cyber Monday deals on this page, and order online: http://www.pbtech.co.nz/index.php?p=cyber-monday

Products available at your local PB branch can also be purchased in-store where stock is available.

Again, please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience you experienced during our Cyber Monday sale. We're committed to putting it right, and trust that this extension of the sale and the addition of in-store sale pricing will help you get the deals you wanted while our site was offline.

Thank you for your support, it really means a lot to us.

The PB Tech Team

I tried to change the number of 64 gig microsds in my cart to 5, and now it has gone negative in the cart with an error.

Clearly the site still has issues.

These seem quite cheap for headphones from a company that actually knows what they are doing when making audio.

Great to see they are extending the sale because of the issues with their site, but doesnt this somewhat give off a compelling reasoning for a repeat next big sale?..
