Spong:

I've purchased several Kogan deals on behalf of others over the last couple of years, and found the SIM cards almost always arrive within a week. I believe they're distributed from a NZ address. Also have been extremely happy with these BOGOF deals for myself and family over the last year. WiFi calling and general call quality has been excellent, and far better than my time with 2D.  Recently Vodafone opened up their 5G network to Kogan users also. As long as live support isn't a priority, nothing else comes anywhere near close to these deals.

I got the voucher codes emailed to me within about 20 minutes of buying, but my confirmation email says the estimated despatch date is 26 August for the SIM cards. I don't mind waiting, and it'll be a bonus if it arrives earlier.

One thing I've noticed so far is that Kogan are quite "enthusiastic" about sending marketing emails. In just 24 hours I've been bombarded with quite an interesting range of emails, but it was easy to opt out, so problem (hopefully) solved. I think what pushed me over the edge was the email suggesting I might like to purchase an air fryer to accompany my mobile pre-pay voucher. I wasn't tempted, even though the product suggestion was apparently picked especially just for me. I'm sure that many other people would naturally want an air fryer as a companion product for their shiny new pre-pay voucher, it's just not for me.

It'll start as soon as you enter the code I think. My partners plan finishes at the end of the month, so she'll enter it a day before.

GSManiac: Anyone looking to go halves on a small?

Still want to go halves on a small?

Son needs a SIM for his phone now so small plan will be plenty for him.

I got the message initially that it was sold out, but it was an error. The website seems a bit buggy.

I added it to my Wishlist, and I could then add it to my cart from there.

does anyone know how to cancel a 365 plan at the end of it?

it doesn't allow you to remove your credit card set up to continue direct debiting some default plan or something

Just turn off "Auto Renew" in the app or in your account on the website. Easy, and that works fine from experience.

Doesn't work for me :(

I contacted them asking if I could somehow still get one before the offer expires but they said:

"As this is a bestseller, we have a high demand for this unit from time to time.

While we stock units of this unit from time to time, a large number of subscribers are also keeping an eye on when this will be available, hence, it gets sold out fast.

At this point, we can only suggest keeping an eye on the newsletter and the website for more updates.

I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused."
