Turns out the model they sold doesn't have 4G/LTE at all (If I remember correctly they said in the description it had LTE, any chance of arguing this with them?)
Apart from that it turned up on Friday and working perfectly.
Dynamic:Even if this one didn't support 230v (which it does), people often just rip out the internal drive and use as an internal drive -- and you save over buying a bare drive although warranty differences will apply.
We've come across some drives in USB enclosures that have an electronic board with only the USB connector - i.e. not a standard SATA hard drive with a USB to SATA converter in the enclosure.

Are you sure? While many native USB WD portable (i.e. 2.5" or smaller) drives have been reported, AFAIK, no one has ever reported a native USB non portable i.e. 3.5" external drive. There are various reasons why it's less likely to occur there.
BTW, since most or all portable drives don't need external PSUs relying on the USB, I'm presuming the earlier discussion was referring to the 4TB external or some other external, not the 2TB portable or some other portable. Apologies if I'm mistaken.

If you have a 2degrees SIM card in it that has probably hidden the 4G option.

Have a telecom 4G sim in, It's the SM-G900H model, so no LTE at allBit disappointed, but my fault for not checking first.

richms: Did anyone get a screenshot of that when they were for sale? Seems that 1day should be sorcing the right model for people if they had it listed.
