don't get the 600D. one crosstype autofocus point. the 650D and 700D has 9 crosstype autofocus points.

Personally for the price I'd be looking at the new Sony A6000 APS-C Mirrorless. 
On paper at least these guys are running miles ahead of the DSLR crowd who are making painfully small and slow developments each year.
