Is anyone still waiting on their sim cards? I ordered on Dec 2nd and I still dont have a trackinng number from them. They are alos not answering any emails so I thought I would jump on here and see if anyone else is experiancing the same thing?

Thanks

Ordered on the 1st and letter arrived last Friday the 13th.

Never received a tracking number only an email that they’d been sent on the 3rd, status on their website still shows as “dispatched”.

Thank you for the replies. Gives me hope that they will arrive this week.

I too ordered my Sims on the 2nd December. I've been talking with the Kogan chatbot. Said there is no tracking and said something weird like as soon as the first sim arrives they will post the second sim. They said also said I won't lose the deal if I activate after the 31 Dec.

I think the black friday deal was more popular than they forecast.

This is from the chatbot...
Due to the popularity of our last promo, there is a delay in
SIM cards delivery. The sim card is delivered in 7-14 working days through NZ
post.

If you receive only 1 out of your 2 SIM cards, the other sim card will be
delivered in 10 working days after the 1st sim card is delivered.

That’s good to know, I only realised I received 1 sim 😂 The person I split the deal with didn’t need one so no problem there but would be good to get the second one anyway.

They don't provide tracking. It just goes in snail mail post.

It took about two weeks for them to arrive to our rural delivery address.
Didn’t need them though as we already had some.

Get onto their chat on the website and let them know on there.
I did that last year and they sent out some more at no cost and in the end they all arrived so that’s why we have spares. 😂

Can you buy a bunch of SIMs from Kogan but only activate them once a deal comes along? Do the SIMs need to be activated on the same account that bought them, or can they be given to family to use on a different account?

SIMs are independent of plans. So do as you wish.

Just be aware that the SIMs do have an activation expiry date. The SIM I received last week had 09/2027 as its' expiry.

Does anyone still have a spare large plan they'd like to split by any chance? Thanks.

I have a spare SIM now if anyone in Wellington wants it. Expires 03/2027.

Second one hasn't turned up yet.

My two Sims I ordered with the Extra large 2 for one deal still haven't turned up. They were sent on the 3rd December. Kogan have just resent another two Sims. Hoping they honour extending the activation date from the 31st December

@cleggy2

Where are you based?  - I'm in Dunedin and have some spare Kogan Sims if you are local
