Hmm am I going to receive 18 SIM Cards?! 😂

Mine said I was going to receive 10.  Only 2 turned up.  But you might be lucky :p

I only received what I was meant to as well. :)

MrBBEye:

Anyone having issues receiving 4 digit short codes?

I just ported my number successfully from 2D - Kogan & sms/call/mms are working fine except receiving short codes, so I can't register apps that require sms auth codes.

NM, a 24hr wait post porting solved this issue.

I'm having no issue with 4G after changing to Kogan. Using an S22.

Maybe the mobile netwirk settings (apn etc) are not correct?

Hope Kogan can fix.

I've done that but my phone says that I do not have permission from my carrier to add dun type APNs. If I try the same thing on an S9 I am able to add dun but 4G still doesn't work :(

I'm about to port by wife and Is numbers over to kogan from a shared vodafone on account plan after getting the buy one get one free deal. Any tips on should I do these one by one or at the same time. I'm scared the port request will instantly close my vodafone account during the port losing one of the numbers as Kogan ask for the account number during the changeover application. Don't know if im paranoid but I don't want the headache if it goes wrong given it seems there is no number at kogan to call.

*Within 2 hours

I got a text after I confirmed the number transfer saying the transfer had failed, but the next day it worked anyway.

Still no 4G for me :( Have created a ticket with Kogan

When you say "no 4G" I'm assuming regular calls/SMS are working, but you don't have data? Have you tried your SIM in another phone to at least eliminate possible issues with your account? From my experience most recent Samsungs and iPhones haven't needed any changes to the APN settings, they adapt or download them automatically.  The standard Vodafone NZ settings have also worked for me.

My data works, it's just always on 3G/H+. Yes, I have tried putting my sim in 2 different phones but I can still never connect to 4G. Thanks for your response though :)
