technically no.

Its a real pain. I had tickets for all the eden park pool games and wanted to sell a few cos I couldn't justify going to so many games to my wife. (ionly got the entire pool so I could guarantee tickets for ABs v France, Opening ceremony, and get first shot at QF tickets)

Unfortunately trademe decided not to allow selling of tickets since, according to them, you can only sell them to people you personally know. I only wanted face value for them, but even that was not allowed.

old3eyes: Here's hoping the the Rugby Union don't expect the NZ tax payer to front up with the shortfall.

Well they pay for the America's cup and more NZ'ers would be interested in Rugby.

the IRB and NZRU will work it out, they already said they would.

Wow how well did Samoa play again SA. SA are lucky to have one, those end game stats were pretty damning! If SA played against NZ like that, we would have thrashed them 40 points.

Poor scotland, but wow Tonga! Pity they are going home, did you hear that crowd. I really felt for Scotlands captain he was pretty inconsolable.

I am actually pretty glad Deans is not our coach. Any coach who would keep Quade Cooper on the field right now would have to be suicidal. He is a menace. For a team like Russia to score 22 points against Australia, Deans should be pretty damn worried. I hope the only reason he is present is because they don't have someone else?

just reiterating - we (still) don't know who our first team is (everyone seems to be playing everywhere!), and the ones we thought were first choice have been struck by lightning.

for now let's hope richie is fine and

having said that, let's just enjoy the tournament and hope someone can stop the steyns. (make no mistake i'm an AB fan!!!)

PS poor scotland ... if jonny didnt get injured scotland would have won! albeit probably not by 8 points and so would have gone home anyway but then argies would have topped the group meaning ABs hitting out agasint the poms ....
