“Watch [Stahl’s] constant interruptions [and] anger. Compare my full, flowing and ‘magnificently brilliant’ answers,” Trump tweeted along with the link to the interview.

TAB offering odds on a debate walkout? And on him yelling in anger?

If he behaved himself, and I'm sure all his strategists are telling him to, he would do so much better. But he won't be able to keep himself from yelling as loud as he has to to be picked up by Biden's or the moderators mic.

He just doesn't have it in him to be able to stand there silently while he's criticized.

Yelling in anger - almost certainly.

Walking out - very possible.

Now, I have no idea if his claims about having the highest testing rates is true.

If you have to wonder - then it's probably a lie.

US has tested (as % of population) slightly more than Russia, fewer than the UK.

In February, Trump was full of braggadocio - at a press conference waving a report in the air from Johns Hopkins (kind of like how he waved a bible in the air after tear gassing a path through peaceful protestors to get from the bunker where he was hiding to a temple).  He decided (after not reading it - also like the bible) that the report concluded that the US was the "best prepared in the world to control a pandemic", some aspects of which were kind of true based on availability of some resources.  He then went ahead and sabotaged any chance of the plan working.  As it appeared that the pandemic was going to hit "corrupt democrat-run cities" first and hardest, he was probably happy to have a virus on "his side".

If you are saying that he is trying to say, in his typical scrambled-egg-for-brains word salad manner, that the US appears the worst because they have tested a higher proportion of the population than other countries (as @Fred99 suggests above) then that still shows his breathtaking lack of understanding. Because no, you can't (and never would) compare total absolute case numbers. You would compare rates...

I found the doco quite whelming. I was neither blown away nor completely disappointed by it.

Looking forward to it being more...revealing, when it resumes in part two.

I'd also like to see more of the family's involvement as they are being given jobs and security clearances and access to foreign powers like no other first family ever has.

I doubt we will see much from his immediate family, they only appear on the very friendly media like Fox etc.

My wife watched part one last night and one thing which stood out for her is how much Trump has physically deteriorated in the last four years. The footage of him in 2016 and compared to him now is very noticeable. He is larger, face looks decidedly unhealthy and his stance/gait are not steady.

I'm going to guess that he won't walk out - but for each and every question/topic where he gets his two minutes, he'll duck the topic and take the opportunity to instead rant about whatever he feels like - probably "Hunter's emails", the global threat of "Antifa", the "Best Stock Market in History", how The "Crooked Democrat Communists" are going to tax middle America to death etc.

This "muted mic" thing has a downside.  Trump's quite practiced at confidently machine-gunning a standard set of lies, Biden is somewhat slower.

The 60 Minutes interviewer did a poor job of interviewing him. Many times he gave her the opportunity to catch him in a lie and she didn't take them. "When did I say this?" and "When did I say that?", she had the opportunity to say exactly when and where yet didn't. I knew when he said those things, why didn't she?

She brought the things he said up, if she was concerned he'd walk out why mention them at all? If she accuses him of saying something, and then can't answer where or when he said it then she doesn't look credible.

AMERICANS FAVOR CONTINUING TO MUTE TRUMP AFTER DEBATE

MINNEAPOLIS (The Borowitz Report)—Americans favor continuing to mute Donald J. Trump after the final Presidential debate, a new study has found.

In the study, which was conducted by the psychology department at the University of Minnesota, researchers measured the responses of subjects when they were told that it was possible to mute Trump.

“Using advanced imaging, we were able to gauge how they reacted to this news,” Dr. Davis Logsdon, who supervised the study, said. “The pleasure centers in their brains lit up like solar flares.”

When they were told that Trump would no longer be muted after the debate, however, the subjects reacted with “disappointment, anguish, and even rage,” Logsdon said.

“One man was reduced to tears,” the researcher said. “He said, ‘I don’t understand why they can’t keep muting him—they clearly have the technology.’ ”

Logsdon said that the study had also revealed widespread need to be able to mute the entire Trump family.

Debate so far is helping Trump more than it's hurting him. Without Trump's constant interruptions it's far more apparent how much Biden fumbles his words and often doesn't get his point across clearly.

EDIT: Biden seems to be getting more angry and frustrated than Trump - that's not good.

Biden seems stable to me. Clearly Trump has been told that people think he's an idiot so he MUST play by the rules and pretend to be nice. Still talks the sameBS, just compared himself to Lincoln

Trump is doing better, but not that much better. I doubt this will sway many votes. Since he usually does what he accuses others of, I imagine he is taking amphetamines to energise his performance. They just gave him too much the last time.

Biden could be better, but he hasn't suffered any disasters. People aren't voting for him because he is inspirational. They are voting for him because he is not Trump. Mickey Mouse could win this election.
