The grifting continues.

Trump Goes On Frantic Fundraising Binge Falsely Alleging ‘Stolen Election’
https://www.thedailybeast.com/trump-goes-on-frantic-fundraising-binge-alleging-stolen-election

Trump is going to need a 'lot' of money, so part of the escape plan is to suck his loyalists dry.
He has learnt from his Evangelical associates just keep asking for money.
Sure it will make its way towards his bank account.

Batman: umm math...

If biden gets 800,000 votes trump gets 600,000

Wrong math, you cant use the current margin as the early/postal are heavily DEM votes, this also applies in red counties. Dems encouraged to vote early or postal GOP encouraged to vote on the day

1.4M, these early and postals are circa 80% so lets say 75% thats Biden 1.05M  Trump .35M  a gain of .7M or 700.000 votes for the state

The cancelling of the vote count request is because of Trumps side concerns that the watchers don’t have clear access to the mail-in votes to see if the votes are legitimately counted and legal. Therefore will they re-count each vote with watchers close by in Philadelphia? I personally think they are flogging a dead horse, historically recounts produce a difference of 1/10 of 1%. I think that Biden will still win albeit by a small margin definitely not a landslide win.

Eva888:

I doubt if Trump will continue with Twitter if he loses and there is no more recourse left to him. He will more likely fade away tail between legs because of embarrassment that he only made one term.

Unlikely he'll fade away. He'll be a big hit on the lucrative celebrity speaking circuit, will no doubt publish annual best sellers on how he was unfairly robbed, plus probably land a new reality show which will be ratings gold with a least 50% of the american public.

If embarrassment was something he felt, he would have stopped using Twitter, or in fact, completing the second half of his sentences, quite some time ago.

He will make a fortune in public speaking. In fact, it would not surprise me to see him down here at some stage, to a sold-out crowd. A lot of those people will attend simply out of curiosity.

I suspect there will be a lot of work put into prepping the next generation of Trumps, to take the Whitehouse, and it will no longer surprise me if they win it.

I don't see Biden being able to do nearly as much he as promised with the Senate likely Republican.

You may well be correct...shades of Hillary. With almost half of Americans for him he still has a captive audience and he is a businessman after all. In many ways it could also be a relief from the constant barrage against him. Maybe this will be his best retirement. You can bet as ex president he will also be doing the rounds campaigning for the next presidential candidate just as Obama did for Biden.

He won't. The only thing he cares about is himself and he certainly won't want to share the limelight with a presidential candidate even one from his own family.

In addition, if you were a candidate would you want a failed one term president backing you?

Anyway he'll be dead soon enough.

Not good. Mathematically it's anyones due to the uncounted votes, so they should not call it, but reality is they will hose in.

It now comes down to tight Nevada, but they are right in it for GA and PA to push it past a razor thin win

If we do get rid of Trump, we can essentially thank the virus for it, as Trump was very likely to win prior to it getting a foot hold. So that may be the only good thing that has come from the virus. We may avoid a second 4 year term from him. I do wonder if he will be at the handover ceremony if he loses. He comes across as a poor loser. Hopefully he will just disappear if he loses.

At least Biden acts like a president and had handled himself well. But I can't see him doing two terms due to age. Plus being a president ages you. It will mean 16 years being either vice or president which is a long time.

Would Trump stand again in 4 years. That would be scary

Biden: 264

He only needs Nevada (6) to get to 270.

Looks like Trump can only hope to get to 268 if the four red leaning states all go to him.

He could also stand again in 4 years. He wouldn't be too old and he only gets 4 more years anyway. He still has a lot of support and people like him because he is different and not like a president should be. Plus America is a very divided country now and has been changed by Trump

Biden: 264

I think only Stuff is saying that, for some weird reason. All the American mainstream news sites still say 253.
