There has never been any question that Trump is seriously disturbed. However, I have to wonder if he is not now tipping into actual psychosis. His grip on reality seems pretty tenuous, and of course it is being exacerbated by the carrion feeders who profit from encouraging his fantasies.

That could just as easily be a story about poor states with historically high inequality and issues with public administration and health access. In fact, it probably is.
