TRUMP OBTAINED PODIATRIST’S NOTE TO AVOID SERVING IN HIS MILITARY COUP

NEW YORK (The Borowitz Report)—Donald J. Trump obtained a doctor’s note to avoid serving in his own military coup, according to a bombshell book published today.

The book, written by Trump’s New York-based podiatrist, Dr. Harland Dorrinson, reveals that the former President became concerned that, if a military coup that he was masterminding gained critical mass, he might be required to assume an active combat role.

To foreclose that possibility, he contacted Dorrinson, who has written a number of doctor’s notes for Trump over the years.

An excerpt from the note reads, “Donald J. Trump is suffering from extremely painful bone spurs that would make any active-duty participation in a military coup out of the question. In the event of such a coup, it is essential that he be limited to an administrative role.”

The podiatrist’s searing exposé is the forty-seventh new book about the last days of Trump’s Presidency, according to industry estimates.

Trump crowned? No faux King way!

While interesting, it also contains a lot of scaremongering bollocks: Umidigi is a large, mainstream brand popular in places like India, MediaTek is one of the largest cellphone (and in general media) chipset manufacturers in the world, and what does use in North Korea have to do with anything?

Nice one:

First US Capitol rioter convicted of a felony gets 8 months in prison

CNN: A man who pleaded guilty to breaching the Senate chamber during the US Capitol insurrection was sentenced Monday to eight months in prison in a closely watched case that could influence how hundreds of other rioters charged with the same felony are punished.

Hodgkins: "I can say without a shadow of a doubt that I am truly remorseful and regretful for my actions in Washington, DC, on January 6. ... I say this because of the damage that day's incident caused and the way this country that I love has been hurt"

....or maybe you're sorry that you got caught.................Dick!!

Sometimes I use big words I don't always fully understand in an effort to make myself sound more photosynthesis.

For sure, but my point was more that anyone could just buy the $150 version and install Fox News, Newsmax and all those other right-wing-loving crap apps on there...and save themselves $350 in the process.

As I say, a fool and his money...

I can't wait to see if anyone pleads innocent, is not remorseful, and perhaps even represents themselves in court.

Here's the rogue gallery:

Joshua M. Black: "Once we found out Pence turned on us and that they had stolen the election, like officially, the crowd went crazy. I mean it became a mob. We crossed the gate," he said, according to the FBI. "I wanted to get inside the building so I could plead the blood of Jesus over it. ... I just felt like the spirit of God wanted me to go in the Senate room, you know. So I was about to break the glass and I thought, no, this is our house, we don’t act like that."

Thomas Munn: ""There was no violence in the capital building, the crowd was NOT out of control...they were ANGRY!!! The media wasn’t even there, never saw any media or police."

Fi Duong: In a March discussion about the arrests of many of the rioters, Duong mentioned the possibility of breaking the people who had been arrested out of prison. "It’s just a matter of figuring out where the prisons are and that should all be public information."

Duong acquired an AK47 and a suppressor and repeatedly expressed his willingness to engage in conflict and violence, the FBI stated in the charging documents. He also discussed testing molotov cocktails and talked about their merits. About another conversation, the undercover agent stated: "I believe Duong meant he was willing to barricade himself in his residence in defiance of law enforcement commands and was willing to die in this standoff in a similar manner to the standoff in Waco, Texas with David Koresh."

This dumbarse wasn't particularly remorseful (at first), but later changed her tune, especially after Trump didn't give any of the rioters a pardon - like that was ever going to happen.

The replies on her Twitter feed I found absolutely hilarious.

The good news is it's easy to prove. If you sere working as a foreign agent didn't submit a form, you're guilty.

The bad news, I wish the penalties were more severe. I guess because most of the guilty would be powerful and rich, so deserve leniency

"The penalty for a willful violation of FARA is imprisonment for not more than five years, a fine of up to $250,000, or both.

Certain violations are considered misdemeanors, with penalties of imprisonment of not more than six months, a fine of not more than $5,000, or both. "
