I personally think that's a moot point though, as claims of privilege don't really apply in his case. But I can see Bannon (the dropkick) wanting to drag this out as long as possible so he doesn't have to go to court.
But if I read this right, it sounds like Trump wants to cut this guy loose too? That would be, what? The fourth time he's "broken up" with him now? Only this time it may actually be permanent.
