Remember when rights owners of intro music told him he can't use it?  I just heard on the radio that he can't get any music or performers for the inauguration. He may have to sing himself!

I've got the final answer - with the statistics to prove it - Vladimir Putin.

 

 

 

if you read the article below - you will see that on the current trajectory VP is on, in 4 years time he will be unassailable in his popularity - to the point the the USA public will probably repeal the parts of their legislation requiring him to by a Native born citizen and reside in their country.

 

The cold war is over- VP has won the next election and will unite the old USSR and USA as well as the Ukraine, Syria and a few others. It will be called The United States and Soviet Socilaist Republic of the Islamist State of Independent Syria, Russia, America North*(Canada IS  inDependent) . or the New USSSR ISIS RAN(CID)

 

and here are the statistics. Although how in hades did they figure out if the republican voters were voters or part of the majority of the (current) USA that didn't vote no matter which party they affiliated themselves to. - Whooops - my bad, they borrowed the Russian code and tied voter names to actual voters vs fake voters.

 

approval rating : -66 a few years ago and -10 this year is an increase of over 20% per year (conservative) leading to 70 plus percent approval rating in four years time - unassailable.

On the balance, I feel 2016 has been full of events that has made the world a less fantastic place to be in. We have lost some of our brightest stars and the world seems to be somewhat spiralling out of control.

Spiralling into control is more accurate IMO.  Into the control of so-called "strong-men".

Seems to be some kind of resentment to democracy happening and it isnt going to bode well with totally selfish men like Trump and Putin in control for their own gains.

 

Maybe it is social media that is to blame for a lot of this as it makes us believe in lies and conspiracies more than we should.

 

2016 will stick in my mind because of the worlds total lack of compassion for the people of Syria. We watch this genocide night after night brought on by Russia and Syria and yet we do nothing. The world is more concerned about the frivolous BS like what the Kardashians throw at us than thousands of people being slaughtered by butchers.

Yes.

 

If you were to consider cases where the intentions may have been morally sound, then as they say - the path to ruin is paved with good intentions.

 

History however seem to show examples of interference which wasn't morally sound - but entirely self-interest for the US.

 

Trump has been arguing that the US should desist from "sorting out other nation's problem" and act in a more self-interested way, I don't think it bodes well for stability - if that suggests the US will be less responsive / sympathetic to the needs of other nations, but remains as willing to meddle in order to secure US financial interests.

So apparently it is official the trump fella will be the next president. I think we should spare a thought for the 50 odd percent who didn't vote for him. The shame and embarrassment that they will have to face from the world at large... My sympathies.

In every US eleection its around 50% that didnt vote for the winner. Same goes for many.
