LOL that's exactly what Fox, and OAN, and Breitbart, and Newsmax do - except they do it for Trump (so, the opposite).

He's playing a circular game of bs with organisations who criticise him. Has CNN actually categorically called him Hitler at any time at all, ever?

Fort Lauderdale? Isn't that where his favourite judge Aileen presides? Hopefully he gets a judge who isn't so sympathetic to his crap this time around.

Ohh...look at that, Trump is opening ANOTHER avenue for him to be placed on the stand under oath.

I think his lawyers hate him.

No, she presides over the Fort Pierce duty station. In fact she's the only presiding judge in Fort Pierce (hence why Trump usually attempts to have his cases heard there). Fort Lauderdale has eight judges including five district judges (of which one was appointed by Clinton and four by Trump and three senior judges (of which one was appointed by G.W. Bush, one was appointed by Reagan, and one by Carter).

Sideface:

The US cable news station has attempted to smear the former US president “with a series of ever-more scandalous, false, and defamatory labels of ‘racist,’ ‘Russian lackey,’ ‘insurrectionist,’ and ultimately ‘Hitler’,” Trump’s lawyers claimed.

Apparently the lawyers are claiming CNN's references to the 'big lie' (that Trump actually won the election) are equivalent to Nazi anti-Jewish propaganda (Goebbels), meaning that CNN is equating Trump with Hitler, meaning Trump is being defamed! Apparently This pretzel reasoning is another product of Trump lawyer Trusty, who has been slated by multiple judges for his pointless, bombastic, time-wasting legal arguments on Trump's behalf.

You can either try to find it on the US Courts .gov site, or you can utilise the legwork that is already done for you :)

The NY Times - Opinion -

This cartoon looks a bit racist trope in America to me. I'm surprised NY Times didn't think about that before they published it.

Given that Trump is on record numerous times as an admirer of Hitler that could be difficult.

This cartoon by Bob Englehart was not published by the The NY Times.

It is from Tulsa World - centre left by US standards, and definitely not a fan of Virginia Thomas.

My own impression is that it reflects the problems of living with a far-right anarchist, regardless of race.

It's a straight depiction of the characters involved. What's racist about it?

I see nothing racial about it. I believe it's based off a circus parade cleaner, or this Rocky an Bullwinkle segment

I'm not aware that Thomas has apologized for the actions of his wife or cleaned up after her in any sense whatsoever

It is the image of a black man following behind a wealthy white woman, cleaning up etc. It invokes thoughts of slavery from the past. While it is not overtly racist, it has a strong a connection with that time. Certainly plays in to some of those tropes. While it does depict actual people it does show Justice Thomas as being subservient to his wife which may or may not be reality.
