I thought American counterfeiting laws prohibited any form of likeness of US currency, even joke stuff like this. I'm sure that used to be the case.

kingdragonfly: PropMovieMoney.com: rules for using prop money in films
Prop money can’t be made completely identical to authentic currency or legal tender. If the bill design is an exact replica of real notes, it must be either 75 percent smaller or 150 percent larger than a regular note or bill; otherwise, it could be easily used as counterfeit money.
Trumps fake bills will be at least 200% larger, because Trump.

WTH? I thought this was all settled already?
Where is that photo that shows them all in jail together? It would go well here.

The NY Times - Trump’s Evolution in Social-Media Exile: More QAnon, More Extremes
28 Jan 2023
The former president, now free to post again on Facebook and Twitter, has increasingly amplified far-right accounts on Truth Social. Experts on extremism worry that he will bring this approach to a far wider audience.
In September, former President Donald J. Trump went on Truth Social, his social network, and shared an image of himself wearing a lapel pin in the form of the letter Q, along with a phrase closely associated with the QAnon conspiracy theory movement: “The storm is coming.”
In doing so, Mr. Trump ensured that the message would be hugely amplified, visible to his more than four million followers.
He was also delivering what amounted to an unmistakable endorsement of the movement, which claims that leading Democrats are baby-eating devil worshipers.
Even as the parent company of Facebook and Instagram announced this past week that Mr. Trump would be reinstated ... there is no sign that he has curtailed his behavior or stopped spreading the kinds of messages that got him exiled in the first place. ...

I dunno what was in their heads letting him back on. Musk obviously loves him, otherwise he wouldn't have been allowed back on Twitter in a million years.
Some of Trump's compadres - sorry people he associates with but professes that "I don't know" - are not so lucky however: https://www.reuters.com/world/us/twitter-suspends-account-white-supremacist-nick-fuentes-day-after-restoration-2023-01-25/

In the USA... money.
Both Twitter and Meta need money and they will sell eyeballs to advertisers anyway they can
They have no morals and do not care about the damage to society they cause because with their wealth they can go anywhere "safe"
The Guardian - Trump says he is ‘more angry’ than ever as he tries to revive White House bid
28 Jan 2023
Donald Trump, the former US president, tried to get his spluttering White House bid off the launchpad on Saturday, declaring himself “more angry” than ever as he became the first candidate to hit the 2024 election campaign trail.
Trump swung through New Hampshire, which holds the first-in-the-nation Republican primary, and was due to head to South Carolina, looking to shake off concerns about a lacklustre campaign and “Trump fatigue” among voters.
“We need a president who’s ready to hit the ground running on day one and boy, am I hitting the ground,” he told the New Hampshire state Republican party’s annual meeting. ...
"I’m more angry now and I’m more committed now than I ever was.”
The remark elicited applause and cheers from the audience.
Just what the world needs - a "more angry" orange idiot. 🙄🙄🙄
EDIT: Trump promised to eliminate the $31 trillion national debt - which grew by about $7.8 trillion during his administration - with a plan that would rely mostly on tax cuts. 🧐

Following on from the above...was there any mention of the election fraud bs he's been peddling for the last 3 years? I didn't see it mentioned anywhere in the summary of his comments.
quickymart: ...was there any mention of the election fraud bs he's been peddling for the last 3 years?
Yes, there was.
From the "more angry" Guardian article above :
Despite the advice of many Republicans to move on from his “big lie” that the 2020 election was stolen from him, he could not resist an early swipe.
“As someone who’s won the New Hampshire presidential primary not once but twice, and by the way, I believe we also won two general elections” ...

Okay, so he's still focused on the past. That's good (to me), as it shows voters he doesn't know how to move on and is constantly living in the past - which turns them off.
