Trump’s Latest Attack on Kamala’s V.P. Pick Hilariously Backfires

Trump campaign press secretary Karoline Leavitt released a statement Tuesday decrying Vice President Kamala Harris’s selection of “Radical Leftist Tim Walz” as her running mate.

Leavitt criticized Walz for “embracing policies to allow convicted felons to vote,” as part of his obsession “with spreading California’s dangerously liberal agenda far and wide.”

As Minnesota governor, Walz signed a bill in June 2023 restoring the right to vote to more than 50,000 Minnesotans on parole, probation, or community release due to a felony conviction.

Despite Leavitt’s griping, Trump himself is the beneficiary of a policy allowing convicted felons to vote.

It doesn't matter. The faithful think it is a witch hunt, the judge was wrong, and Trump is innocent.

Others are felons. Not Trump.

You'll remember "Tenacious D" tour of New Zealand was cancelled.

Variety: Jack Black Says Tenacious D Will ‘Be Back’ Following Tour Cancellation Due to Kyle Gass’ Trump Shooting Remark: ‘These Things Take Time’

Jack Black has weighed in on the future of Tenacious D after his band partner, Kyle Gass, made a controversial remark about Donald Trump’s attempted assassination in July, which prompted Black to cancel the duo’s latest tour.

“We need to take a break. Everybody needs a break sometime and we’ll be back.”

"USA Today" is a bland popular center-right newspaper.

"Never tell your problems and complaints to anyone; twenty percent don’t care, and the other eighty percent are glad you have them." Lou Holtz.

USA Today a conservative opinion: Young Republicans against Trump are left without a political home. MAGA can't be it.

Vice President Kamala Harris’ progressive ideology is entirely off-putting for conservatives. But many of us know that a vote for former President Donald Trump would signal to the GOP that the current MAGA direction of the Republican Party is acceptable. It is not.

Neither is a good option for us, especially for the younger conservatives who have heard stories of what the Republican Party used to be but have only had Trump as a presidential option.

Currently, America does not have a political party representing the interests of traditional conservatives. Even if we align more with Trump’s GOP on policy, we oppose both the increase in state power that comes with his philosophy and attaching ourselves to his moral bankruptcy.

Not to kill the vibe, but it's Tim Walz not waltz.

One of Trump's worst press conferences. Like a slimy fungus, Trump does badly in the sunlight.

Unseen in video below, CNN cuts off Trump's press conference "early" after an hour's incoherent old-man rambling.

‘Not even close’: Foreman fact-checks Trump on the economy and immigration

CNN’s Tom Foreman fact-checks former President Donald Trump’s claims made during a news conference at Mar-a-Lago, his first since the presumptive 2024 Democratic nominee Kamala Harris selected Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz as her running mate.

Mayor Willie Brown was a black mayor in gay old San Francisco. If Trump did go down on a helicopter with him I'm sure it wouldn't be a proud moment for either.

Still given Trump attitude with Putin, Xi Jinping and Viktor Orban, I always assumed Trump is a bottom.

Regarding the Vietnam comment, in a 1997 interview, Donald Trump likened his dating life to a soldier's experience in the Vietnam War, calling it his 'personal Vietnam' due to the risks of contracting STDs. He claimed his dating exploits deserved the Congressional Medal of Honor.

But the Media is going SOFTballs on Trump questioning. Lawrence is fired up and rightly so, he knows politics as good as anyone and he knows when one candidate is getting preferential treatment.

Yes when somebody does confront Trump, he calls them out for being "rude". His brain is too demented to handle it, they should demand he see a neurologist and forensic psyhologist and make the results known to the public. The US is in disgrace taking this guy serious as a nominee. Haley is infinitely a better politician.

This is so asking for an interesting interpretation, but I'm not sure how far the AUP can be stretched even in the Trump thread.

Tim Walz used to be my representative when I lived in the MN-1 district. He won that seat in 2006 and held it until 2018, when he retired to run for governor. MN-1 is traditionally a very red seat, yet he won it and kept it for a long time, even holding it when Trump won that district by 15 percentage points! AFAIK he’d never lost an election.

I’ve voted for Tim before, and I’m excited to get to vote for him again. Kamala’s ticket is a breath of fresh air. I haven’t seen this level of excitement since Obama in 2008.

Hopefully Trump loses this election again and then we can well and truly see the end of him in politics. I’m sure glad I’ve been living in NZ for the past decade with all the madness in that country.
