The Creature From The Orange Lagoon is panicking. Expect more of the same.

Swift will respond or not in exactly the way she chooses. Legal advice? I can guarantee Swift has better legal advice available to her than Trump any day of the week : ).

Guess when Trump said this

Trump: “If I see that we had a fair and free election, which I hope to be able to say, but if I see that, I will be.… You will never see anybody more honorable than me. I am an honorable person.”

Reporter :“But you didn’t accept the results of the last election.”

Trump: “Well, that’s right, because there were many problems with the last election. You know it, so do they, and so does everybody,” Trump replied. The reporter noted that all of the legal cases to challenge the 2020 results were dropped, to which Trump replied that the judges wouldn’t take them.

I think things have been done over the last four-year period that will make this a free and fair election, and certainly if for some reason I lose, and I think if I lose, this country will go into a tailspin, the likes of which it’s never seen before, the likes of 1929”

If you guessed "today" you are correct

The Guardian - Editorial - On the docket: Trump’s Manhattan case continues slow crawl

21 Aug 2024

While Democrats have continued to use Donald Trump’s criminal woes as a flashpoint in Kamala Harris’ presidential bid, the chances of him facing accountability for his crimes before this election seem to be dimming.

Sentencing for Trump’s 34-count-felony conviction in his Manhattan hush money had been scheduled for 18 September.

One week ago, on 15 August, Trump asked Judge Juan Merchan for his sentencing to be delayed until after the 5 November election.

In lawyer Todd Blanche’s missive, he implied that sentencing before polls close would equate to election interference, noting that the date coincides with early voting. ...

Trump has made clear he will appeal if the immunity decision doesn’t go his way. ...

What I fail to understand is why Americans continue to treat this loathsome creature as a human being.

😀

Also an interesting comment from a Trump-appointed judge on how another Trump-appointed judge got the classified documents case so wrong:
