If Trump were to win the election, SCOTUS has stated that the current President has every right to stall the transfer of power until he, and no other, is absolutely satisfied that the election was carried out properly, lawfully and legally. This process could take months or years maybe, by which time Trump's mental state could have deteriorated to the point that he's incapable of taking office. What happens then?
