I don't care to look it up, but this guy had something to do with the America's Cup right?
And we come back to the classic line (again): Sir Russell says he's not "anti-vaccine" and is COVID-immunised himself, but is against "forced vaccinations".
So "not an antivaxxer" but just against mandates. Does that make him an actual antivaxxer, given he's vaccinated? So confusing.
And of course I'm sure the clownvoy will welcome someone like him with open arms (and open, coughing mouths?)
I believe it's possible to be Anti Mandate but not anti-vaxx.
I know a few. I don't agree with their position entirely, but I can see why they feel aggrieved.
gzt: I think those were Luxon's words. I'm pretty sure the phrase "Maori Separatists" hasn't been heard since the 1980's.
I envy people who have managed to block out the 2005 election campaigns from their memories.
Also, an amazing bit on One News last night where someone at the protest was ranting about September 11 being an inside job.
Really is just the absolute cream of the crop down there.

It’s also possible to be anti mandate and not hang out with white supremicists and people threatening hangings. That ship has sailed.
If you turn up to protest anti-mandate and white supremacists turn up and stand in your area, that doesn't mean you are hanging out with them.

For an hour sure. For 2 weeks? Yeah nah. They are condoning these people.
If the police won't remove the white supremacists then how are you expecting a bunch of hippies to do it?
Anti Mandaters get getting into conflict with white supremacists also doesn't seem wise on a number of levels.

It could be entertaining to watch as an extremely disinterested outsider.
Wonder if we'll see the numbers swell again over this weekend like they did last time.

There’s no shortage of microphones and stages to tell them to leave.
Gee, shouting at white supremacists (who are well known to be rational, peaceful and slow to anger) to leave a protest they have the same rights to be at as the anti-whatever else is going to end really well.

"If there’s a Nazi at the table and 10 other people sitting there talking to him, you got a table with 11 Nazis"
Groundswell ran into a similar issue, they wanted numbers so they go everyone they could involved and it cost them. Their 2nd protest was much more ordered and message was on point. There's plenty that one of the several groups could do
Handle9:
So what? That’s their problem. They can find the moral fortitude to scream at the moon but can’t tell scum to go away or condemn their presence? Give me a break.
ROFL. Screaming at the moon doesn't get you stabbed. But whatever.
