At the end of the day, IQ doesn't talk, money talks. And those with high IQs serve those with low IQs but have plenty of money. Do you see scientists, chess players, researchers get rich? Who do you see on the news everyday being super rich?

That's how it goes I'm afraid ... school drop out owning many properties, university grad working for him/her can't afford to pay rent.

More specifically the Dunning-Kruger Effect:

I agree. Im passionate about global warming. And global cooling, although thats not fashionable to discuss. Many many countries subscribe to global warming and signed the Paris Accord. But they don't act. NZ included. China, US etc agreed but actually, we would prefer to use our coal now, then when that runs out, we will jump in. NZ has 80% renewable resources. But it will take to 2050 to get to 100%. Rubbish.

Its a bit of a Claytons Accord. Buts its an accord. Maybe, this might take the US to task, and also kick start the globe to act. I know some countries have acted very well, and kudos to them, but to many, we will, its about the money.
