If he offered to talk, but excluding the US, yes, go for it. KJU is isolating his country, bout time the world isolated the US from this negotiation, as the leader is unsuitable for negotiations. Everyone including NK will like that, and that then becomes a common ground. Sad thing is not every American or Republican is like Trump, but you voted for him, so tough bikkies.

This may sound like a crazy idea, but in the light of recent events in America, it seems to me that there should be more global involvement in US elections.

I mean, it's obvious that the actions of a nuclear-fueled super-power could have ramifications for the entire world.

So why shouldn't everyone on the planet have a say over who should the lead USA? Or more correctly, the DSA? (That's D for Divided, but could also mean Dumb)

Yeah, I know - you'll all be muttering now, 'It's never gonna happen.'

And you're right, of course.

Frankly, I think we're doomed. There's something in our makeup - guys, anyway - that locks us onto a course to self-destruction. Ego, probably.

As Dr. Phil would say - 'Do you wanna be right? Or do you wanna be happy?'

And for us hairy-chests, the answer is inevitably the first option.

'Those who can make you believe absurdities can make you commit atrocities.' Voltaire

'A patriot must always be ready to defend his country against his government.' Edward Abbey

Sadly, Kim has 3 choices...

  1. Cease his Nuke program and start talks which would mean no nukes and sanction removal
  2. Continue nuke program but wait a while to test anything else
  3. Realise he is backed into a corner and send a missile to Guam, after all he has been preparing for war for a long time and he probably believes he would win.

Hmm, what would i do if I was Kim...

1. He wont talk unless we grovel to him, so he can give an inch and take a mile

2. Yep, wait 4 weeks then another missile

3. He cant do that, he will lose it all, he would like the US to fire first though

4. Wait it out, and watch Trump destroy all hopes of talks, then the UN etc removes him from talks and discussions. Not sure how legal that is, but he needs to be sent to the corner while real people deal with the other idiot

Trump is making the same threats to the North Koreans are making, he is no different. http://www.msn.com/en-nz/news/world/north-korea-ambassador-walked-out-of-un-assembly-in-boycott-of-trumps-speech/ar-AAsej4B?li=AA59FU&ocid=spartandhp

Agree. Till now, Trump has had a right to respond, as KJU is the perpetrator. While Trumps responses leave a lot to be desired, they pale into insignificance compared to KJU, but Trump is now down at his level. The US needs to be told that you are not suitable to be engaged in talks, so you are not.

There was a lot of talk that his comments were adlib (as is often the case). CNN are reporting that no, those comments were part of his prepared speech which was delivered to journalists prior to delivery.

"Rocket Man" was however a late add.

I hate that "Leader of the Free World" crap. If there needs to be one there a many more suitable candidates for that title.

Well regardless of whether or not I believe that anyone truly deserves that title, Trump is not my leader and never will be.
