Mexico will pay for wall, '100 percent'

Forgive me for asking, but what's in it for the Mexicans? A bunch of jobs building The Great Wall of Trump?

I had been following the US election quite closely, but I am now just sick of it. If the stakes weren't so high it would be funny how farcical it is, but the stakes are high so it's just not that amusing anymore.

Have the US elections ever been such a pathetic joke?

That depends on how you define pathetic joke but this election certainly is exceptional. It looks like it is becoming a choice between a psychopath and a barefaced liar. Hillary wouldn't have a chance if Trump wasn't the alternative. What a shame Bernie was shut out by vested interests. He might have actually brought a little dignity to proceedings.

It could have been worse, people could have been waving banners for Cruz.

Yep - the Stones sang a song about them:

I see the girls walk by, dressed in their yoga pants
I have to bow my head, then to the Lord give thanks

It's the witches that surprised me.

I've got a copy of the Malleus Maleficarum on my bookshelf but I'm a bit rusty. I can see I am going to have to dust it off and also get busy with the kindling.

Okay, I have got to ask: What kind of person keeps a copy of Malleus Maleficarum on their bookshelf?

Any politician in power in power for a long time tends to go in that direction. H.Clinton has been around for a while and senior in two administrations. US presidents almost get a free ride from the U.S media when in power. Big advantage there. Bush had a fairly similar email scandal for example.
