jlee213: how do u know that? do u have any proof that its not real??

Simple reason #99 - The domain of the reply address is unrelated to who they are claiming to be.

No, that's not the address - that's the name. And that was mailed by gmail.com which I doubt is what they use for communications.

Ther you go. Whywould an employer use an aol.com email address?

First companies use their own email address. Second aol.com is a free email and no one doing business with a company should trust an email coming from aol.com.

Just wondering, have you actually gone about trying this trial period they gave you to know if its legit or not? like did you actually get money from it? better yet were you reported to the police for fraud?? just curious to know seeing as it may have got many people opening accounts knowing that it offers so much.

This is a known scam. I don't need to fall for it to know it's a scam and to advise other people not to go for it.

This is my last post in this topic. Here's a page in the Consumer Affairs website explaining how employment scams work. It's clearly the same style.

The Consumer Affairs website lists a variety of scam types

I hope people don't fall for this.

Oh, for goodness sake. This is beyond a joke. Wake up, read the links I just posted.

Either that is a bad joke or just trolling.

Because you are taking part in money laundering among other things?

Im going to disagree with Mauricio, Go for it! We all need more entertainment and when your threads about having your PC and phone seized and your house searched appear here it will make great reading.

If it is a Troll, and I'm pretty sure it is.  Well played.

There's a nice irony of winding up know-it-alls (and I'm including myself, ya got me up till that last post) who claim to be able to spot a scam, but can't spot when they're being trolled.
