I got the letter as well. Called them to find out how they got my information in the first place as I only remember applying for some hire purchase through them around 15 years ago or more but I wasn't living at the address that's on the letter at the time. They couldn't even find my account when they searched using my name, phone number or license. They also couldn't tell me how they had my details which are on the letter if I don't exist in their system. License has changed since then but not the address which is on the letter. Should I be concerned? How is it possible that they have my details to send me a letter but can't find me on their system?

Just got the letter last week. I have never had an account or card with GEM/Latitude, however I can recall calling them to get a quote for a car loan about 8 years ago. I've checked with the credit agencies and I don't have any loans reported, that I don't know about. Should I be worried?

@ANglEAUT
Did you ever get any reply from Latitude?

I contacted them and provided some new contact info for me,
But I've heard nothing since (I had both loan abd visa with them in the past, so am at high risk)

.....now I feel like I've just given out another load of current information to ge hacked next time....

Still no update. Admittedly, I have also not tried since my last post here.
