Has anyone had experience refunding to a VISA Prezzy card and how long it took?

 

Made a purchase using the card on Ali but changed mind and cancelled order.

 

According to Ali, refund was processed successfully on 27 Oct but still not seeing the refund showing when doing the check card balance on the Prezzy card website.
