I signed up for a static IP and got a email confirmation that a /56 prefix would be sent.

Its been 3 months now and noticed that my ipv6 /56 has changed a few times. IPv4 is fine.

Where can I get support on this as its messing around with my firewall (separate issue).

They have a problem report in your account section. Use that, or jump on the discord and make a troubleshooting thread. It is a known issue. Has happened before.

It's there; but I'll admit it took me a while to notice/find the first time....

Look in the customer portal as per @Linux not just the website. https://account.quic.nz/index.php?rp=/login

Just wanted to confirm that the same thing occurred when I joined Quic a couple of months ago.

I requested a static /56 prefix, but according to a staff member on Discord, they're not allocated automatically at the moment - it required manual intervention and you have to submit a problem report.

Not a big deal because you only have to contact them once, but Quic really ought to get this sorted out!

Ah thanks. I didn't see that in the drop down on the website. I kind of assumed there was no support all looking at the main support page.

... And if it matters, just remembered that I had to send a problem report to ask them to create a PTR record for an IPv6 address too!

Another thing that would be good if Quic could integrate into the customer control panel.
