Right, best way to do is sending back to Jb hifi, but tell them you are experiencing issues since the beginning and dont mention it as fixed. Your panel is faulty, you paid high prices on it you are expecting a working one.

Do they have to replace it if I ask? Only because they were the ones who told me to go to LG first. Also I only have a photo of the receipt as I put the original in a safe place and now don't remember where that was, will they accept that?

They shouldn't have sent you to LG. If you go to the Retailer (as you should) that is their responsibility. Copy or Photo of receipt is fine. If you paid by Card they can find the original. Under the Warrantee (or CGA) they need to fix it (replace the panel) or replace the whole TV.

Just spoke to LG who told me the last person I spoke to told me find a repair service in my area, which she didn't and she was useless. Thankfully the person I spoke to today was good and someone is coming around to look at the TV tomorrow. I did say all the issues were still present, even though some have fixed themselves but I have photos to show them of the issues anyway.

Hopefully it will all get sorted. Thanks to everyone for their advice, it's always frustrating when you spend lots of money on a product that doesn't work properly.

Just an update, I had the repair man come and look at the tv yesterday and of course the tv wasn't displaying any of the faults as it was too bright in the room but I had taken photos and that was sufficient enough for him to decide the panel is faulty and they will repair it.

Funnily enough he said that this was the second of these tvs he had serviced this week, makes me think there might be some sort of fault or faulty product batch. I did get it on sale for $1000 less than what they're selling them for today. Just a guess though.

Just thought i'd post another update.

My tv has been at the repair place for 4 weeks now. It's not their fault for the length of time (I think) Firstly LG were wanting serial numbers from the panel inside the tv so the man had to take it apart which is why he took it away. Then LG were suppose to ship them the part at least 3 weeks ago, I rang today and found out it was only shipped a week ago.

The part should be there by next week so hopefully I have it back then but this seriously has me questioning if i'd buy an LG product again. Their customer service is shocking.
