GTRugby: Well Just to give an UPDATE

- Yesterday around 4:30pm I rang SKY again
and this time asked to speak to a Supervisor the guy took my details and then e-mailed them to a "Team-Leader"
that is dealing with this Promo.
- It's lunch-time the next day and no cantact from them yet

So I now have their Impecable Service to Promote

THANKS SKY

Heh to be expected I guess - I would try the same tactic and explain that the team leader has been emailed and you have had no response and that you need to speak to someone directly - they can then put you through to at least a CSR in that area if there is no team leader available - at least you will then be one step along the chain :)

Good luck!

It would be free to cancel it at the end of the 12 months of free hdi so really the fee is to just keep being a customer of theirs, which is a bloody stupid way to retain customers IMO.

Perhaps they will have new pricing for hdi by then that makes it viable to keep it, otherwise just close it and then join again on a free install promo if you must keep sky...
