 I think they are i sued to think new bolds were half decent compared to some of the other shops out there

It's very easy for us armchair critics to tell you what to do.  If you are not making headway with them, let us know and we can assist you with a formal letter to them (which you can email or post).

 

If you are a very gentle and polite person and need someone pushy to assist you assert your rights in person, let us know which store you are dealing with and you might have a fellow Geekzoner close enough to meet you to assist you to get your message through to them.

Have been put off going through cga with a bed from Harvey Norman a few years ago even sent Consumer template letters but no luck, to progress it further i will gave to pay the 100 to get it looked at then go from there, i wouldnt be able to claim that back, so still thinking is it worth spending that amount, i brought a 4 plug switcher that is working in the meantime
