i tried 0000 and 1234 but both doesn't work and i only got 1 try left before something happens.

i didn't set any password so, it must be in default.

Hi,

The default password that was set on our Mysky was the account holders birthday ddmm.

We have had Mysky for 18 months now so I am not sure if they still do this. Depending on what you are trying to do the password only locks you out for a short period of time and then you are free to try again.

I password protect shows to stop them accidentially being deleted.

If you get locked out, call sky. I got locked out once, within being 30 seconds on phone to them they changed password on mysky to a password of my choice.

yip, agree with Rugrat. The installer set the password, but forgot to tell me what it was. A quick call to Sky fixed that over the phone pronto :)
