Considering purchasing all 10 seasons in one hit, for a very reasonable US$164.99.

I'm a bit concerned about some of the comments on amazon however, there seems to be some issues with the quality of the disks.

Star trek Voyager has come down to US$35.49 per season - very tempting!!?!

Bear in mind that DVDs from amazon are zone 1, and won't play in many DVD players in NZ (zone 4).

That certainly is a good deal, almost worth risking the dodgy image quality!

Bought all of them individually... between $60-80 each... so that price is amazing for them all! There's also the movies as well to get, but if they're playable I would buy them, I buy off amazon all the time and have never had problems, but do they come with a guarantee anywho?

I was hoping you would post pebbles, you being the geekzone Stargate guru. I've bought loads of Star Trek dvd sets from amazon, and one of my boys has all three seasons of CSI NY, along with loads of movies, never having any problems. In fact the one time I did have an issue, amazon's sorting of the problem was outstanding!

I'm sure there is a good returns policy, but am just concious of the frieght distance to the US.

Any particular favourite episodes pebbles?

In truth, I love them all nearly! the episode '1969' is pretty cool and the final episode... or the one where they all go caveman... seeing Richard Dean Anderson like that was funny! They're all just so great! Got the movie that's just been released off amazon 3 weeks ago, still hasn't come out in NZ. The freight isn't too bad, also it has insurance inbuilt in the price which you'll probably already know. If you do go ahead and buy it, it's definitely worth it! days of entertainment right there :)
