I have been thinking about getting a Bluray Player and wondering if anyone has used a Samsung BD-D5500.

My only reason for picking that one is that i have a Samsung plasma and would like to keep them the same so i can use the same remore etc.

the 3D is not essential and my tv does not currently have 3D (I have read that you can unlock 3D from a menu, but it sounds unlikely the stuff to sync the glasses would be there. )

 I like the look of the BD-D6500 the most but no stores seem to have them.
