As per forum guidelines i thought id use my first post to introduce myself.
My names Anthony, and im a Hobby Electronic addict. Whether Arduino, Raspberry Pi or simple (but very difficult) analog electronics, im interested.
Ive completed a number of projects over the years, all for personal use, and have learned a great deal from doing this. Initially programming with MS BASIC, QBASIC(wow) then on to Visual Basic and finally VB.NET, I then moved in to linux and therefore Python, c, Bash etc thanks in very large part to the Raspberry Pi.
I have no engineering qualifications, so i suppose that makes me "tinkerer". Electronics to me is a facinating world that allows my imagination(and my wallet) to be the only limit(s). I can make literally anything I can dream up!
I look forward to learning, assisting and providing valuable input to the NZ tech community here at Geekzone.
Cheers
