Hi

My friend wants to sign up with bigpipe.  He doesn't have visa/mastercard (He only has american express).  He has asked if there are any other payment options, but no one has responded to his emails.

What are the payment options for those without visa/mastercard?

Thanks

We take Visa/Mastercard (not AMEX sorry!) but if your friend has a Visa Debit that'll work as well. Most (if not all) banks offer them as an alternative to standard eftpos cards so I'm pretty sure he'll be able to get one if he doesn't already.

If you happen to know the details (email address mainly) of your friend PM me and I'll have a look at his case too to figure out what happened there.
