nobody wants to have to go through the "Check your migration status" page each time to login to webmail

 

Where is the xtra webmail page, to login direct to the new NZ based webmail.
Please , a link that doesnt redirect to "Check your migration status"

On that page and underneath the password line is a check box called 'remember me'.
I find that checking this box takes me back to the web mail page each time I select that page.

I use this link http://webmail.xtra.co.nz/

 

It asked me once, but after that it redirects me straight to the mail box.

after checking migration status it loads (after about 30 seconds)  the webmail page but 

 

"Error There was an issue while authenticating. This may be due to a recent password change. To continue please log out and log back in with your most current password."

 

I log out and it returns back to the migration status page and process repeats 

 

 I haven't changed password or messed with any settings in ages. 

 

UPDATE : After going to spark service page 

 

"MIGRATED XTRAMAIL NOT ACCESSIBLE
Some customers may be experiencing problems logging in to Xtramail. Our technicians are currently working on it. We will update this page when more information becomes available. We apologise for any inconvenience.

I'd agree, the process is not exactly smooth right now.

 

 

 

 the migration status checks are only there until the migration is done.

Customer just called me, he hasn't been able to access his email since this morning. His email shows as having been transferred but Outlook just gives him authentication errors.

 

I cant login via webmail either. It tells me the username/password is incorrect.

Log a fault, as of 09/03 2:45PM it was set as resolved in terms of webmail logins.

 

 

 

sounds like a weird sidecase though that unfortunately i don't have the onfloor details to give a more clear idea on whats happening right now.
