Hi all, the usage meter will be back up tomorrow, we managed to find a bug in a piece of Juniper kit that only showed up in production. The usage it displays from 17th (yesterday) onwards is correct, however any usage you see in there prior to the 17th will still be erroneous. For those who were impacted you will receive a letter detailing what we're going to do. I can confirm now that if you impacted, overage will be credited (details in the letter) and your data cap has been doubled till the 13th Jan so you can make the most of being online. Feel free to ping me with any questions and I'll do my best to answer.

Finally working about time telecom got their crap together after 2 months of their poor service. But least now the usage meter is finally working, so all you geekzone guys out their check your meters!!

Mine only shows usage since the 11th, oh well as long as it stays working then all is well. Once again good on ya for sorting it telecom.

Thank you doozy

Yup - I'm on the Adventure (20GB) plan and the meter is showing that I have used 1.4GB out of 40GB... is this is a mistake or a Christmas present?!
