How do you mean they are hardwired? Do you have a master spiltter with a dedicated modem outlet?

Initial look over what has been posted in the thread though, i suspect we are looking at FEC errors causing your issue, which likely could be a line fault OR IW fault, depending on how aggressive and where that causation is.
Thing like this the spark first line reps are being taught, but realistically it is an advanced thing that chorus themselves indicate often should be raised to their assure team... only results here can be hit and miss just as any sort of center (There are some amazing people over in assure that have certainly gone to the nth degree so nothing against them!)

Okay so reviewing over this, I'm seeing a slight bit of FEC errors (I'm looking over your test following the conversation on Saturday.
FEC rates aren't particularly high, consistent yes but not where they would cause a user effect.
I do however note periods of high upstream usage, What i suspect is you may be experiencing no data transfer due to high usage on your connection.
I'm not saying that definitely your own usage is causing this issue, I can definitely see you have had a pretty heavy amount of copper faults over time, Majority affecting your landline but obviously both go together.
Over the next 24 hours, Please note the times you are having no data transfer, I'll check in with ya and see how it all goes. Compare what we see network side to the user experience side.
i do note, there appears to have been a configuration issue on the CPE side on your last callout, which caused lack of data transmission.
I can't really comment past there as tech notes do not expand too much further, Appears this was a callout where your partner was spoken to however.
Lastly i do recommend an upgrade of the firmware on your HG630b there as it is a tad out of date.
i'll DM you with a few further details.

OK, data rates from this property could be a bit high - two daughters mainly on youtube and spotify and alike, so no major surprises there... I would upgrade to a faster service but not possible around here... VDSL is a non starter due to distance to the local exchange and cellular is a bit of a non starter as we seem to be in a bit of a dead zone, hence the dependency on a landline...
Iv set up a nagios server indoors thats pinging a few places in the internet and that will give me a log of when it cant reach those sites, so that will give me an internal 24 watch on the connection....

Excellent, Did checkout the area in terms of signal and neibouring lines thus no mention on cellular options.
I note that your in that weird zone, where chorus "think" you should be on VDSL, however realistically no way is this viable or doable.
One other thing i missed noting earlier is that recently you have moved from 12dB profiles right down to 6dB, and this has had a very nice gain on throughput by the looks of it. (recent PSTN fault aside ofcourses)

Interesting that...
Spark did try to upgrade us to VDSL last year, as we supposedly live 0 ks from the local exchange... when the line engineer came around, he said that there was no way this was going to work as we are about 8-10 K away from the local exchange...
So perhaps its a throwback from that?
