Telecom currently has this under investigation.
My views are my own, and may not necessarily represent those of my employer.
andrewk: Hmmm, just had a courtesy call from Telecom - how is one supposed to react?
Please note all comments are from my own brain and don't necessarily represent the position or opinions of my employer, previous employers, colleagues, friends or pets.
Talkiet:Forgive me - I was merely suggesting the irony of receiving a random courtesy call from the company that has caused me considerable inconvenience over the last week, which is yet to be resolved. Presumably it's a left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing kinda thing... or just very bad timing...andrewk: Hmmm, just had a courtesy call from Telecom - how is one supposed to react?
What an odd post.
How should we know how you could react with literally no information given about what was said!?

joker97: Did the meter tick on when your router was switched off?can't really tell from here, at one point last night was on 694MB and this morning was 1000+. I don't see the hourly breakdown in My Telecom and i'm really trying to avoid ringing them again if I can help it.

Could you please post a screenshot from the mytelecom usage meter showing the crazy values? Not a cut and past of the text, an actual screenshot please.

davidcole: Oh, since you don't knwo when the usage is happening (and it may be useful information you can give to Telecom while they investigate) get TUC www.tuc.co.nz which can poll hourly (or more frequently) to tell you when said usage is applied to your account.

Check your profile. Make sure your Timezone is set correctly
