Ok, so it seems people with ported numbers at this time can't signup for the voucher for lightbox. Sparks chat does not know anyway to help and will have the accounts team call me later

Yes on account but the voucher system wants both account number and phone number and this is the issue, the drop down for phone number does not include any ported numbers (021, 029 etc)
