I would have to say, stopsell areas are far less common. Newest numbers i've had is only 2% of all offered areas are in stopsell.
there are 200 odd towers due to be deployed over the next year or so and more than that in network upgrades, so Wireless options should be available in most places.
along with that chorus is what? 70% through their rollout? Enable have completed theirs as has Northpower, UFF is looking pretty good. Alternative options are becoming more available :)
I suspect in the wireless sector as more upgrades come up, we see larger bandwidth allocations opening up.
